All items are accepted for return and exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items within 30 days of purchased date.  
  • Item in new and unopened condition in which they were received.
  • Item received was defective or wrong item. 

Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless it was a result of our error.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required to make a return and exchange.
 
How do I get a RMA number?

You can obtain a RMA number by completing the form in Product Return.  Our standard reply time is within 24 hours during normal business hours.  If request by e-mail, please include your order number or the request will be delayed.  You will be contacted with return shipping address and RMA number.  Return item must be received 14 days after RMA number is issued.  

How soon will I receive my refund?

If you are returning the item for a refund, you will receive your refund within 5 business days after receipt of item.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent after the return has been processed.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping cost is customer's responsible.  But if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective, we will pay for the return shipping cost which will be credited to your original form of payment.
