Green tea matcha is integral to tea ceremony and tradition in Japan.  Matcha is made by crushing the finest organic green tea leaves into refined green tea powder.

Contrary to steeping green tea leaf infusions, this deep emerald green powder is whisked into hot water for a satisfying cup of tea that absorbs 100% of the tea leaf. 

Empty one tea tube into 250 ml / 1 cup of water, whisk or stir briskly in a "M" motion until desired consistency.  Use less or more matcha depending on your preferred tea strength and taste.

Use matcha green tea with food receipes, health drinks, add it to shakes, smoothies, soup, porridge, fruit juice, ice cream, jam or mix it with flour for baking bread and cookies.
